Back in 2006, almost 5 years ago, after battling bout after bout of illness, hospitializations, and house evictions, my family and I lost my mother to a hemmoragic stroke(bleeding of the brain)

She went in her sleep, when I was about 14, only a month after my birthday. I remember being woken by my father around midnight, 2 hours after mom had been pronounced dead, and the paramedics had left with her.
I woke up 3 hours later, after crying myself to sleep, believing it all a dream.

Since then, I've tried to be stong, and not cry over her loss, though the grief still fills my heart every day.

Today, I recieved an E-mail that forced 5 years of repressed tears into the open.

I have joined this movement. You do not have to, but the shear beauty of this event is something that should be shared.

It's a little slow at the beginning, just watch.
This happened in Toronto's Eatons Centre.

A Flash Mob Dance Video was organized by Kim MacGregor. Kim created this as
a tribute to her best friend Erika Heller who died of colon cancer last
year. Each and every telephone conversation they ever had, Erika would end
by telling Kim "You're an amazing woman!”. Kim wanted to do something
special to honour her friend and this is the result.
